We look forward to hearing from you.
If you currently subscribe to our publications such as the Monthly Economic Update, Trust Bulletin, or rate sheets, you may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the email communication.
Concentra is committed to communicate with our stakeholders in a transparent and truthful manner. This includes adherence to all legal and regulatory obligations to ensure we are fully compliant.
Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL) is a wide-reaching law intended to protect Canadians from unsolicited
commercial electronic message and other types of
spam.
In response to this law, Concentra has developed a comprehensive approach to address consent, compliance, and protection of personal information. Our priority is to respect the wishes of our contacts to determine whether they want to receive commercial (or marketing) electronic messages from us. Opting out of marketing electronic communications does not affect your receipt of business communications that are important to your interaction with Concentra, such as product, security, or service updates.
What you need to know as a stakeholder
Our compliance with CASL includes:
- maintaining records of consent
- confirming consent before sending CEMs
- including our contact information
- providing an unsubscribe option, effective no later than 10 business days after receipt
Please reach out to our CASL officer if you have any questions or concerns.
